What a challenge 2021 presented. The border travel restrictions were lifted at the last minute and the scramble was on. Due to the late opening most of our hunter reservations for 2021 choose to defer their reservation to the 2022 season. The weather was very warm for both weeks with no frost to drop the leaves. Moose were everywhere, hiding just behind the leaves laughing at us. Amazing how an animal so large can disappear three feet into the bush.
Nine hunters were able to join us, four the first week and five the second. Three took their trophies during the first week and three during the second. One hunter choose to take a Bear after taking his Moose during the second week.
Looking forward to a normal 2022 season.
