Moose Hunting package includes:

One Hunter and One Guide
$ 7,500.00 + Taxes + 500.00 Hunting License per person
Fuel Surcharge may apply.

Round trip air from Thompson, Manitoba to Big Sand Lake Lodge, round trip air from Main Lodge to Outpost or tent camp, all meals, accommodations, bedding, boat, motor, gas, caping and butchering of animal, up to 50 lbs of meat, transportation of rack, cape and meat to Thompson, MB.

Payment Policy Responsibility:

Big Sand Lake Lodge makes every effort to serve our guests, but will assume no responsibility or liability for any hazard of any kind associated with these trips. Neither is any obligation nor responsibility assumed for any political, meteorological, climactic, or other event, or the service of transportation companies, contractors, or other principals for which Big Sand Lake Lodge acts as agents.

Cancellation Policy:

For cancellations received in writing 91 days prior to departure date, the trip will be credited to the following year. Cancellations received 90 days or less prior to scheduled arrival will not be credited or refunded.

Deposits:

A deposit of 50% is required to secure reservation. The balance is March 15 prior to departure date. Deposits are not refundable, but will be held and applied to a rescheduled trip booked within one year of confirmation notice. Trip Cancellation insurance is recommended but Optional. 2.5% due on all overdue accounts.
