A deposit of $ 500.00 is required to confirm your dates. The balance is due March 30 prior to trip departure. Overnight stays in Winnipeg are the guest’s responsibility. We would be pleased to recommend and assist with hotel reservations. 2.5% due on overdue accounts.

Call toll free at 1-800-348-5824. Plan to arrive in Winnipeg the evening before your departure to Big Sand Lake Lodge. Our representative will meet you at the Winnipeg International Airport and drive you to your overnight accommodations.

If you are driving to Winnipeg, telephone us upon your arrival and we will meet with you to discuss trip details. Our representative will escort you the next morning to the charter flight bound for Big Sand Lake Lodge.

On your return to Winnipeg, our representative will greet your flight and assist you. Your flight connections from Winnipeg to your home should be booked after 4:00 p.m. All prices subject to change.
